You can also search by specialty including oral surgery, pediatrics and periodontics. Search results include dentist name, practice name, specialty, location, contact information and a link to directions for the office.

You can find a digital version of your dental ID card by visiting our portal to sign into the portal or to create an account.

What kind of plan coverage do I have?

For specifics about your plan, look to your schedule of benefits (SOB). You can also call HRI Dental at 833-203-1177.

Why should I ask for a pre-treatment estimate?

We recommend you ask your dentist for a pre-treatment estimate before you agree to any major treatment, such as crowns, wisdom tooth extractions, bridges, dentures, root canals or periodontal services.

A pre-treatment estimate is a free service provided by HRI Dental for you and your dentist. It lets you know up front what your HRI Dental plan will pay and the difference you will be responsible for. It also discloses any limitations or restrictions within your plan.

What is a rollover benefit and how does it work?

HRI Dental will roll over a portion of your unused plan annual maximum into a personal maximum rollover account. A set amount will be available in the next policy year. The dollars in the maximum rollover account can help pay for future dental care and procedures.
