What are the associated costs?
Cost varies depending on your health plan’s needs and scope. Our plans aren’t one size fits all. We’re happy to offer customized solutions to meet your health plan’s needs. After determining your needs and scope, we will provide a proposal that includes a breakdown of the costs associated; such as premiums, deductibles, coinsurance and annual maximums.
What providers are in-network?
Browse our dental and vision provider networks using our find a provider tools below. If needed, we will work to recruit additional providers to join our network in targeted areas.
Do members have access to a member portal?
Yes! Members have access to a member portal where they can view plan information, claims history and more. This portal can be cobranded with your brand’s name and logo.
